  • 500 Startups – 500 Startups is the most active global venture capital firm of 2019. We’re on a mission to uplift people and economies around the world through entrepreneurship.
  • Astia Angels – A global group of accredited investors professionally managed since 2013 by the Astia Investment team. Astia Angels engage with a network of like-minded investors on weekly deal calls, a proprietary technology platform, regular virtual screenings, and in-person meetings in San Francisco, New York, London, and Oslo.
  • Band of Angels – We are a formal group of 165+ angel investors, mostly former and current high tech executives, who invest their time and money into new, cutting edge startup companies. Since the Band’s inception in 1994 as the first organized high-tech angel investment group in the USA, we have funded 400+ companies with 62 profitable M&A exits and 13 Nasdaq IPOs. The entire Band meets monthly in Silicon Valley and San Francisco to formally consider 3 startups selected from the 50+ screened each month by the Band deal selection process. Additionally, we hold a satellite meeting in Los Angeles for members and companies to facilitate deal flow and engagement from Southern California to Northern California.
  • Bay Angels – We are one of Silicon Valleys’ oldest and most active angel organizations.  Our members and VC affiliates work together to evaluate and fund early-stage companies.  We provide opportunities for members to invest in top-tier early-stage companies in the Bay Area and worldwide. In addition, we provide seed and early-stage capital to entrepreneurs seeking between $200K-$2M.  This investment range is not generally served by venture capital funds and serves as a catalyst that helps build the region’s economy into a thriving center of technology and entrepreneurship.  Alongside financial support, we provide mentorship, industry expertise, and valuable contacts.
  • Broadway Angels – Broadway Angels invests in the best entrepreneurs and companies while showcasing the top women investors in venture capital and technology.
  • Designer Fund – We back exceptional founders and empower them with design to improve the world. We invest between $350k – $1M in early-stage startups and help them succeed with design support and our network of design experts.
  • Golden Seeds Angel Investor Network – Golden Seeds investors share the common goal of achieving market returns by investing in women-led businesses.
  • Keiretsu Forum – The Keiretsu Forum Northern California region was formed in 2000 and comprised the East Bay, San Francisco/North Bay, and Silicon Valley chapters. The San Francisco chapter was launched in September 2005 and enjoys close synergies with the regional and global Keiretsu Forum angel investment network. The Northern California region has 300 members. As of December 2013, the Keiretsu Forum Northern California members have invested $317m in 355 ventures.
  • Life Science Angels – Life Science Angels is a not-for-profit corporation with 130-150 accredited investor members, 12-18 highly qualified fellows, and 12-15 sponsor organizations. We take no carry or management fees on investments. In addition, we do not charge companies any fees.
  • Partners Resolute – Partners Resolute manages a series of investment partnerships, including Resolute Partners (public securities), Resolute Alternative Partners (alternative investments), & Resolute Venture Partners (venture capital).
  • Root Ventures – We invest early before your market is validated, while everyone else wonders if your tech will even work. We do anything we can to help you feel ready early.
  • Sand Hill Angels -Sand Hill Angels is a group of Silicon Valley angel investors passionate about helping entrepreneurs get to the next level. What makes the group unique is its members’ collective experience and scaling deep technology companies. The group has been around for two decades. Sand Hill Angels work openly and collaboratively with venture capital funds, other angel organizations, and the Bay Area ecosystem fostering the growth of technology startups.

  • TiE Angels Silicon Valley – TiE Angels is one of the largest and most active angel groups in Silicon Valley. Part of TiE Silicon Valley, TiE Angels, brings together promising early-stage companies and exposes them to serial entrepreneurs, high tech executives, and other professional investors — and has led to many successful exits and follow-on funding (series A, B, C). TiE Angels and its 150+ active members leverage TiE’s global network of over 60 chapters worldwide to help portfolio companies meet the challenges of scaling into successful enterprises.
  • US Angel Investors – US Angel Investors is an investment group of accredited private equity (“angel”) investors across two chapters in Palo Alto, CA and Reno, NV, who provide counsel and capital to startup companies in a wide variety of industries. This group includes mostly former and current executives and entrepreneurs. US Angel Investors members look for high-quality investment opportunities in technology, the internet, new media, healthcare, medical devices, and packaged consumer goods. In addition, other sectors with high growth opportunities will be considered on an opportunistic basis. We meet once a month, usually on the third Thursday in Palo Alto, CA, and the fourth Thursday in Reno, NV. US Angel Investors works closely with Bay Area Startup Network (www.basn.org), a sister organization whose goal is to provide networking opportunities for early-stage startups. Investor members invest individually: US Angel Investors control no fund.
