  • Health Hub Vienna – Our program currently consists of four “Sprint Workshops.” The program runs 100 days (start March 2020) and takes place in Vienna.  Mostly remote, subsidies for travel expenses available.   • Derma Pitch Competition – Novartis Biome contributes to the digital revolution in healthcare with an initiative looking for new technological solutions that allow for better diagnosis and treatment of psoriasis. The objective is to meet the main challenges facing the medical treatment of psoriasis, and enable faster and more efficient diagnosis and treatment management that would be mutually beneficial for patients and dermatologists. Novartis is looking for a patient-centered scalable solution that would help to optimize patient care, allowing both patients and dermatologists to capture relevant clinical information and key events, as well as to track the progress of the disease.   • East Netherlands, as a member of the inDemand Community, has launched a call for digital health companies. Following the inDemand model, the Region of East Netherlands has detected 2 healthcare challenges to be solved by technology. The selected companies will have the opportunity to co-create the solutions hand by hand with healthcare professionals and will receive funding – € 17,500.   • CRAASH Barcelona is looking for projects and start-ups to join the second edition of a boot camp that focuses on validating business models in the European markets of Barcelona, Paris, and Delft, as well as the US market of Boston. Participants should be part of a project in the field of medical devices, diagnosis or digital health from any European ecosystem looking to bring their product closer to the patient. The program is mostly web-based, but the travel to four on-site events will allow participants to build their network and evolve their solution. Any team of three people that have a technical lead, an entrepreneurial lead and a clinical lead with technology at technology readiness level 3 or 4 (proof of concept or proof of feasibility) can apply.   • Greater Manchester Future of Health Challenge in partnership with Novartis – A 12-week program where startups are required to attend one day per week. The program offers a fantastic opportunity for startups and entrepreneurs to gain unrivaled access to the HealthTech ecosystem in the GM area through our close partnerships with industry, the NHS and engaged investors. Deadline: July 25, 2019
  • DayOne Accelerator -Day One, the Swiss innovation hub for precision medicine and digital health managed by, launches its second acceleration run to support ventures targeting the improvement of the wellbeing and health of children and young people. We are seeking brilliant ventures, healthcare innovators, startups as well as intrapreneurs that combine digital technologies, healthcare expertise and entrepreneurial spirit.   • Women Startup Challenge Europe HealthTech – Launched in partnership with Craig Newmark, founder of craigslist and Craig Newmark Philanthropies, the Women Startup Challenge is on a mission to close the funding gap and shake up a culture and economy that’s made it exceedingly difficult for women to launch startups and raise capital. We provide funding, mentoring, and other resources for women who are creating the most innovative tech companies to help scale their products. The 10 finalists will pitch our distinguished jury of investors on 7 October in Paris.   • Bind 4.0 Acceleration Program – Bind 4.0 is an acceleration program geared toward tech startups with solutions applied to Advanced Manufacturing, Smart Energy, Health Tech or Food Tech fields.
